User Centred Design

Using User Centred design allows me to see how the product I have designed, fits with the ergonomics of people. Thinking about the user, their comfort, ease and efficiency of use, effectiveness, fit for purpose and especially aesthetic appeal because if it doesn't entice the user, they won't even pick it up to try it.

Performing empathy studies means I can gain an insight into how a particular user group interacts with a product differently to the 'average' user.
